Executive Assistant Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant you will work between multiple areas of the business for the directors as the need arises including customer service and operations and you will play a key part in helping drive the company to the next level. You will also manage key strategic projects and take on administrative responsibilities from the directors to enable them to focus on high value work.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Organising the directors’ diaries
  • Administering the directors’ inboxes
  • Preparing reports
  • Managing key strategic projects
  • Taking meeting notes and actions
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Organising and maintaining office systems
  • Follow up of outstanding actions across the business
  • Confidential finance assistance and reporting
  • Arranging holiday cover
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Preparing IT and resources for new staff
  • First Aid and H&S updates
  • Other administrative duties on behalf of the directors

Executive Assistant Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Ability to manage workloads and think on your feet
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
