Account Director, Ellesmere Port, Up to £60K doe

The Account Directors are at the heart of the business, the duties are as follows:
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing the revenue and profitability of all account(s).
- Responsible for researching and developing new types and streams of business within each account. These new streams of business should be agreed in advance with the Director of Client Relationships and will be detailed in the Account Plan.
- Maintaining senior relationships with the Lender, up to and including Board level.
- Ensure that the business is seen as being much more than just a supplier. Should be seen as a business partner and the Account Director should establish a consultative relationship with senior staff.
- Ensuring maintaining or improving service quality and either meet or exceed the contracted SLA
- Develop and own the Account Plan document and present management team on at least a six monthly basis.
- Ensure that other staff and especially the Management Team members are focused upon developing relationships with appropriate key staff in the accounts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years B2B Account Management experience ideally in Financial/Property Services
- People Management experience
- Proven ability to influence change
- Have a proven track record of successful product launches
- Good IT Knowledge - familiar with MS office suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbally)
- Ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Working hours 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with a one hour break for lunch.The company offer a hybrid working model working between head office and home.Whilst in training you will attend the office 5 days a week, once training has been passed it is expected that the successful candidate will work in the office at least 2 days a week.
