Job Summary:As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making of the business. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and support to achieve organizational goals. Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis will help guide the company's financial strategy and ensure sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide financial guidance and support. Act as a trusted advisor to drive financial performance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial dashboards.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost management strategies.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance metrics to evaluate business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial software, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
