Looking for your next leadership role in terminal operations?
We're hiring a Logistics and Terminal Lead to oversee daily activities at a busy fuel terminal. In this role, you will manage a small team, ensuring smooth and safe loading and discharge of fuel components.
The role:
- Lead and support operators, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Manage permits to work and uphold site procedures.
- Oversee biomass boiler operations for efficient performance.
- Conduct site audits and ensure third-party compliance.
- Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams.
- Input blend work orders accurately using ERP systems.
The candidate:
- Supervisory experience in a terminal, logistics, or similar environment.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with COMAH sites or fuel handling is advantageous.
- HNC, NVQ Level 3 in Process Operations, or NEBOSH (desirable).
- IT skills, including ERP and Excel (preferred).
