We're hiring a Logistics and Terminal Lead to oversee daily activities at a busy fuel terminal. In this role, you will manage a small team, ensuring smooth and safe loading and discharge of fuel components.

The role:
  • Lead and support operators, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Manage permits to work and uphold site procedures.
  • Oversee biomass boiler operations for efficient performance.
  • Conduct site audits and ensure third-party compliance.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams.
  • Input blend work orders accurately using ERP systems.

The candidate:
  • Supervisory experience in a terminal, logistics, or similar environment.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with COMAH sites or fuel handling is advantageous.
  • HNC, NVQ Level 3 in Process Operations, or NEBOSH (desirable).
  • IT skills, including ERP and Excel (preferred).
