  • Manage, monitor and improve the quality of operational processes
  • You will develop quality control systems, determining corrective actions and supporting all Departments to maintain a robust quality assurance culture and environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Coordinate and support maintenance of ISO9001/ISO27001 certification• Provide support to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Sustainability and Security procedures• Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with quality and safety regulations• Develop and review management procedures, work instructions and process flows for Projects and Technical Services activities• Develop and implement quality standards and quality assurance systems for Projects and Technical Services activities• Ensure documentation is recorded appropriately in the ETC Management System (EMS) and complete periodic reviews• Prepare and track Site Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)• Prepare monthly report of QA related topics and KPI's• Prepare annual Management Review in compliance with ISO9001 certification• Conduct Internal and host external audits• Monitor and drive to completion audit findings• Contribute to quality, health, safety, sustainability and security investigations, audits and inspections, to drive continual improvement.• Develop and maintain list of qualified suppliers for ETC Core Process Technology• Support external and supplier audits• Lead and support Quality Deviation Notification process (QDN) to identify root cause and implement corrective measures• Support project and design quality management processes (e.g. concession, change control)EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS• Engineering degree• Qualified ISO 9001 lead auditor• Minimum 3 years' quality assurance experience in a high-tech company• Quality Management Systems ExperienceBENEFITSJoining Enrichment Technology Company Limited will make you a team member within a group of enthusiastic and motivated individuals, who share goals and take pride in their work, achieving great results.In addition to a competitive salary, the package offers attractive benefits including:• Benefits:• Company performance bonus • 25 days holiday rising to 28 days after 6 years' service. • Individual Private Healthcare • All Statutory Bank Holidays.• Working from Home up to 2 days per week (subject to security and business need)• One additional day-off every 4 weeks (SWAD)• Flexi day-off once per month subject to accumulated working hours• Company Sick Pay• Defined contribution pension scheme (up to 16%)• Life Assurance x 7 times annual salaryImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
