HRGO are recruiting an administrator on a temp to perm basis, for our manufacturing client in Ellesmere Port. This role is is responsible for providing administrative support to the manufacturing department, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in production processes.

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £12 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 min lunch)

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule production activities, and deliver work schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing processes, inventory, and production reports
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the manufacturing process
  • Monitor and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Reviewing and responding to emails
  • Participation in employee related meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently
