Exciting Opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) in a primary school in Ellesmere Port & Wirral!
Are you a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Two primary schools in Ellesmere Port and Wirral are seeking a TA to provide one-to-one learning support. This rewarding role will be scheduled for Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.
Working Hours: 8:30 - 3:30
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-to-one support to students to enhance their learning and development
- Assist the class teacher in implementing engaging and differentiated activities to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to create personalised learning plans for supported students

Teaching or classroom assistants are now vital resources for teachers and are heavily relied upon in schools.
We specialise in recruiting teaching assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following;
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education
- BTEC National Certificate in Childhood Studies (Nursery Nursing)
Qualifications are desirable but not essential

As a teaching assistant you'll be expected to:
- Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO and class teachers
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes for students and help monitor their progress
- Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
- Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
- Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills
