HRGO are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our client due to exciting business growth, based in Ellesmere Port.

You will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficiency. You will lead a team of production workers, monitor production schedules, and maintain a safe working environment.

Role: Production Supervisor

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am, weekly rotating

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Pay: £14 day shift & £15 night shift, paid weekly

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and quality standards

- Work together as a team with the operatives

- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve optimal performance

- Ensure production is undertaken in a safe environment

- Identify areas where operatives can be utilised to minimise downtime

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

- Previous experience in a supervisory position is essential

- Previous experience in a production environment is essential

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a team and lead effectively
