Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects
- Assess project tenders and negotiate contracts
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and financial success
- Identify and mitigate cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in both estimating and quantity surveying roles
- Experience within groundworks, civil engineering or demolition is desirable
- Strong understanding of processes, costs, and materials
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management)
