Housing Officer

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Job Ref:           J87854

Position:          Housing Officer

Location:         Ellesmere Port   

Rate:                Negotiable (depending on experience)

Length:            2 months (possibility for extension)

Hours:              36 hours per week

Work Pattern:  Hybrid

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a high quality neighbourhood management service
  • Resolving anti-social behaviour, tenant and neighbourhood disputes through early intervention, partnership working and enforcement action, where necessary
  • Carry out property inspections, accompanied viewings, tenancy sign-ups and post tenancy visits
  • Reporting comprehensively and regularly on all aspects of work for which the post holder is responsible as requested by the Housing Manager
  • Carrying out regular neighbourhood inspections to help identify environmental and other problems and ensure appropriate action is taken to improve the neighbourhood

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
