- Strong background in administration, finance, and IT.
- Experience managing complex data and using management software.
- Knowledge of current SEN matters and relevant legislation (previous experience in a Local Authority SEN Team is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our SEN Team as a SEN Caseworker.
In this Business Support role, you will assist in providing essential services for Post-16 students and non-maintained Special Schools. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Education, Health, and Care Plans and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business and administrative support related to SEN statutory functions.
- Manage and maintain databases, handling complex data.
- Ensure the effective delivery of services for children and young people with EHCPs and their families.
- Work closely with the SEN Team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
