ICT Support Specialist

Are you an experienced ICT professional passionate about delivering exceptional support and driving IT excellence? We're seeking a proactive and versatile ICT Support Specialist to provide high-level technical support and project management services across multiple sites.

About the Role:


As an ICT Support Specialist, you will:

Deliver 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently.
Oversee hardware/software installations, upgrades, and asset management.
Provide network support, including maintenance, patching, and testing.
Support corporate tools like Microsoft products, Active Directory, Office 365, and more.
Assist with telecoms systems, printing estate management, and ICT procurement.
Contribute to strategic ICT projects and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Offer on-site support across the UK, including travel as required.
What We're Looking For:

A degree in ICT or equivalent experience.
Helpdesk and technical support expertise.
Hands-on experience with software installation, hardware upgrades, and asset management.
Proficiency with Microsoft OS, MS 365, and network support.
A valid UK driver's license (essential for site visits).
