Plant Fitter Job Details
Basic Salary: £38,000pa
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:30
Location: Norfolk
 
My client looking for a skilled fitter from a plant or agricultural background to work on a variety of equipment ranging from Crushers, Screeners, excavators, dumpers and loading shovels.

Responsibilities of a Plant Fitter
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
·Professionally and effectively checking and diagnosing mechanical problems
·Repairing and replacing of faulty parts
·Conducting routine maintenance in line with company standards
·Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including safety checks, implementing safe working procedures, and escalating further concerns to supervisor/ plant operation manager
·Ensuring high quality company standards and understanding the impact of great customer service
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Plant Fitter
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
