The position is for a Senior Management Accountant based in Ely with a hybrid working model.
The salary range for this role is between £48,000 and £55,000.
Candidates should be either formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experience, with prior management accounting experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, VAT returns, and cash flow management.
Strong systems and IT skills, particularly in Excel, along with good communication skills and attention to detail, are essential for this role.

Senior Management Accountant

Ely (hybrid)

£48,000 - £55,000

As Senor Management Accountant you will be given autonomy but also provided with an excellent support network of experience finance professionals to help you.

You will likely be a formally qualified or qualified by experience accountant with existing management accounting experience but still looking to learn and progress.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

Prepare monthly management accounts.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Budgets and forecasts.
Fixed asset register.
VAT returns.
Cashflow management and forecasting.
Bank reconciliations.
Yead end and audit support.

We are looking for:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience.
Previous management accounting experience.
Strong systems and IT skills including Excel.
Good communication skills and attention to detail
