Dedicated to growing faith, supporting education, and serving communities, the diocese is approaching the successful completion of its Ely2025 strategic initiative, which has focused on strengthening churches, re-imagining buildings, and deepening community engagement. Looking ahead to an exciting new era, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to work in tandem with the Bishop, developing a fresh vision for the next five years and beyond. You will plan strategically for a church for the future, managing people and change, and new ways of managing finance and resource in an environment of less abundance. We seek a proven senior business leader with experience in financial and strategic management, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will combine big-picture vision with operational expertise, collaborating with clergy, lay leaders, and external partners to ensure the Diocese thrives.
