CNC Miller - Programmer/Setter/Operator - Full-time, 4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday)

Senior opportunity with this innovative and forward-thinking company as a Programmer/Setter/Operator working in their advanced 5-axis Matsurra cell. The role requires expertise in both online and offline programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine produced parts, drawings, and instructions to comprehend required specifications.
  • Ensure that quality outputs meet drawing specifications through meticulous documentation.
  • Oversee machine operations to optimise productivity.
  • Identify and implement ongoing improvements in processes and efficiency's.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Skilled in 5-axis CNC milling with programming experience.
  • Familiar with Fanuc controls and proficient in offline programming using CAD/CAM software (one CNC or HyperMill would be a bonus but cross training is available).
  • Competent in reading and interpreting intricate technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with an insightful, problem-solving mindset.
