Privately owned Carpenter Contractor that operates within the Commercial & private residential sector, with jobs ranging from 250K - 2M, currently seeking a Contract Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis.
The role itself is to support the Contracts Manager by way of:
The preparation, drafting & delivery of contractual agreements with Sub-Contractors/Suppliers.
Developing detailed schedules for the provision of supplies, materials & subcontract labour,
Adjusting schedules & workplans
Provide administrative support to ensure contractual deliveries are managed in terms of time & cost.
This is not an exhaustive list and represents a unique opportunity for an individual with Construction experience, in either an Admninistrative or Document Controller setting.
