Order Fulfilment Executive

Our client is one of the leading names in well-being and sport and as Order Fulfilment Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is processed quickly and accurately, all while keeping things upbeat and efficient.

What You'll Do:

• Process customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment
• Track and manage inventory, keeping stock levels in check
• Communicate with customers to resolve any order issues
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace while staying on top of daily tasks

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and great team player
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in order fulfilment or logistics is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker!)
