Working for a leading supplier of commercial services, you will be responsiblefor the implementation and maintenance ofthe companies IT needs, ensuringit is well-functioned.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, resolving problems in person and remotely
- Install, configure and update hardware and software applications
- Maintain all IT Systems as and when required
- Onboard new starters and Offboardleavers
- Work with IT suppliers for procurement of IT equipment
- Experience in an IT Technician or similar Role
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft365
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
