About the Company
Our client is a leading grower and packer of fresh produce supplying top UK retailers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer-Facing Technical Manager to oversee a key retail account.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:
Manage a high-profile retailer account, liaising daily with their technical and commercial teams.
Develop quality and technical strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with retailer standards and maintain excellent product quality.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Technical Manager who:
Has experience in fresh produce or food manufacturing within a customer-facing technical role.
Has strong knowledge of retailer requirements, compliance, and auditing.
Is highly detail-oriented, with excellent IT and project management skills.
Can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
Experience working with major retailers in a technical capacity.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Full driving licence and car
Full right to work in the UK
