Chemistry Laboratory LeaderThis is a permanent opportunity . Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to one of the leading pharmaceutical testing laboratory based in Cambridgeshire. In this role you will be managing a team of laboratory analysts.Responsibilities:• Responsible to running day to day activities within the pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory.• Provide technical and quality training for all the new starters • Ensure that adequate amount of staff is present at all times in the laboratory• Analysing pharmaceutical samples using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, LC• Ensure all team members are performing duties/tests according GMP guidelines Qualifications:• Degree in science or equivalent • Proven experience in using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, GC• Proven operational experience and team management within pharmaceutical chemistry testing laboratory• Proven project management skills and experience, lean production principles
