Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payrolls for multiple clients across various industries.
- Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional client service.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, pensions, and statutory payments.
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and best practices.
Looking For:
- Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally within an accountancy or bureau setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for payroll.
- Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Xero, BrightPay) is an advantage.
