Our client, a well-established chartered accountancy firm, is seeking a motivated Payroll Administrator to join their growing payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their payroll expertise while working across a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end payrolls for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional client service.
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, pensions, and statutory payments.
  • Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and best practices.

Looking For:

  • Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally within an accountancy or bureau setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for payroll.
  • Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Xero, BrightPay) is an advantage.
