Quality Assurance Supervisor | £30,000 - £35,000 | Ely Huge opportunity for a quality supervisor to join one of the region's leading fresh produce specialists - working Monday to Friday 8-5! We are looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor with a strong background in Quality Assurance within the food industry. You'll need to be familiar with BRC, internal auditing, HACCP and food safety - as well as having the charisma and confidence to inspire your team.The site processes a huge amount of fresh produce on a daily basis, so you will need to be from a similar fast-moving site to keep up with the pace! - A background of quality assurance/quality control, ideally within a fresh produce packing environment
- Great communication skills
- Team Leader/Supervisory experience
- Confidence to lead a team successfully
