Duties will include:
- Ensuring all targets are met in a timely manner
- Problem solving and looking for ways to improve
- Manage the day to day activities of your team
- Ensure all stock takes are accurate and completed regularly
- Ensure health and safety compliance is followed at all times
Experience/skills required:
- A practical hands on approach with experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and resolve efficiently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
Hours of work:
2.35pm-11.05pm pm Monday - Thursday, 1.05pm-8.05 pm Friday ,
