What You'll Be Doing:

  • Rural Management:Oversee rural professional work, including valuations, sales, and lettings of stunning rural properties.
  • Client Engagement:Attend client meetings both on-site and off-site, providing strategic advice and preparing essential documentation.
  • Negotiation Ninja:Negotiate sales and lettings, prepare heads of terms, and liaise with clients professional advisors like a pro.
  • Business Development:Contribute to business development activities, including publications and events, as a key member of our rural team.
  • Collaborative Spirit:Work alongside colleagues on planning and development advice, as well as rural grants and subsidy schemes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chartered Surveyor or in a similar role.
  • Ideally, 2 years' PQE and CAAV qualification or working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and rural property market.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Must have a car insured for business use.
