A privately owned Carpentry Contractor, that turns over some 20M a year, based in the Ely area, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to carry out a dual role and ultimately price up work and then see it through to final account, under the guidanceof the Director of the company.
The nature of the work is typically residential extensions & Student accommodation, up to 1M in value.
This is an opportunity to grow into a senior role, over time, based entirely upon personal performance,within an existing business of some 30 years.
