Fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a long established, award winning Main Contractor who undertake new build and refurbishment projects

Site based role in Lakenheath, Suffolk, looking after ongoing framework schemes up to circa £750k per individual project

Your new role – Quantity Surveyor

Site based looking after ongoing framework schemes, values are up to around £750 per project

You will be part of a construction team of 7 - you will be the main commercial lead (with a visiting Senior QS)

Huge range of work - general contracting, refurbishment

Requirements:

HNC or above in a construction related discipline
3 or more years experience. Would suit an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
Candidates from all construction backgrounds will be considered, including main contracting and civil engineering
You will have all the base skills in Quantity Surveying, including measurement, dealing with subcontractors etc
