In this role the client is interested in talking to candidates with experience as a Quantity Surveyor in NEC contracts

In this interesting and varied role.

Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and value for money throughout the project lifecycle.

Tendering: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.

Valuations: Conduct valuations and manage interim and final accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Risk Management: Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.

Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports and financial statements to stakeholders.

Construction Risk: Understand construction risk and commercial management.

Contractual Knowledge: Have knowledge and understanding of respective entitlements and obligations under the main contract and sub-contracts.

Quotations and Contracts: Assist with reviewing quotations and contracts.

Target Cost Generation: Assist with target cost generation.

The role will be office based, with some hybrid offered. The package includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension etc.
