Our client is currently seeking a confident and motivated professional to join a dynamic team in Ely. This is a fantastic chance to work on a diverse range of projects, taking ownership of commercial management while contributing to a growing business.

The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of quantity surveying and estimating from pre-contract to post-contract services. You will also assist in preparing final accounts and claims to ensure our clients commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating services, including Bill of Quantities (BQ) production

Delivering quantity surveying services across projects

Providing commercial and financial advice to maximise value recovery

Managing procurement and contract negotiations

Ensuring cost control and cash flow management

Managing subcontractor packages and protecting contractual positions

Assisting with final accounts and claim documentation

Contributing to the ongoing development of the business

What Theyre Looking For:

Minimum 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Degree or Masters in a relevant field

RICS or CICES qualification (or working towards accreditation)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with planning software

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work

Full UK work eligibility and a valid driving licence
