Start: End May 2025
Hours of work: 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Working in the office 3 days a week, 2 from home
Salary: 25,000pa pro rata
Supporting with the administration of various courses/meetings, your main duties will include:
- Registering delegates, speakers and sponsors
- Sending delegate and sponsor communication
- Uploading and updating information to the website
- Collating badge packs
- Managing zoom meetings
- Answering the phone
- Credit control
- General administration
Skills/experience:
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous admin skills/experience
- Proven experience of Microsoft office
