This global manufacturing leader based in Ely offers a dynamic and supportive environment alongside a great work atmosphere.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Spanish speaking Supply Chain Coordinator to join their international multilingual Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of spare parts in the Spain/Portugal region to support other departments to achieve targeted service levels and ultimately drive customer satisfaction, maintaining the company the partner of choice.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Spanish Supply Chain Co-ordinator:

  • Processing and monitoring of progress of purchase orders with our vendors, and sales orders with our warehouses and carriers.
  • Order management: coordination of all administrative duties related to both internal and external customers.
  • Stock management: manage spare parts stock levels and statuses in the warehouse.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team, carriers, finance, and customer service to ensure enquiries are handled effectively.
  • Ensure that all reporting and documents comply with company policies, and customs or industry regulations.
  • Process data in existing reports to track key performance indicators for manager monthly meetings.
  • Weekly generate data from the system and external platforms and maintain data in reports.

What you will need to succeed as Spanish Supply Chain Co-ordinator:

  • Must be a fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Ideally have experience in Supply Chain, logistic or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
  • An enthusiastic, and highly motivated person who demonstrates professionalism and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Analytical, reporting skills.
  • Be able to use initiative and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment.
  • Experience with different ERP systems, Oracle is desirable.
