We're excited to recruit for this Spanish speaking Supply Chain Coordinator to join an international multilingual Supply Chain team.
Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, you'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring parts for the Spain/Portugal region ensuring you meet targeted service levels and drive customer satisfaction.
You'll also be:
- Managing the stock levels and order flow of spare parts
- Place purchase orders
- Coordinate the planned delivery of purchase order and monitor progress
- Ensure internal teams and the system is updated with changes
- Coordinating returns
- Order management
- Compliance
- Process improvement
- KPI monitoring and data reporting
Experience in supply chain or a similar role is required, along with good analytical / reporting skills.
You must be able to speak Spanish.
Being a good communicator, organised and having strong time management skills is important in this varied, busy role.
