We are look for an Invoicing Clerk to join our established team, supporting group invoicing and related processes.

Invoicing Clerk Accountabilities:

  • Raise all sales invoices in line with SLAs for the group.
  • Resolve any outstanding credit control queries for finance department.
  • Chase any outstanding insurer queries.
  • Communicate with all branches to resolve outstanding issues with sales invoices being raised.
  • Provide insurers with updates when necessary (relating to sales invoices).
  • Support Credit Control processes and projects.
  • Support with other Group tasks that fall within your skillset and capacity, as required, from time to time.

What we're looking for in our Invoicing Clerk:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • The ability to work and keep calm under pressure
  • Previous experience of working to targets and SLA’s desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and respond accordingly
  • Able to support colleagues to adapt to change across the business
