Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategies for website performance and search visibility.
- Strategically managing e-commerce platforms to integrate with marketing systems.
- Overseeing client retargeting initiatives to boost conversion rates, revenue recovery, and new sales.
- Managing advertising strategies across PPC and display advertising platforms.
- Overseeing organic and paid social media campaign strategies.
- Overseeing marketing automation tools, including workflows and lead scoring.
- Defining KPIs and establishing measurement frameworks across marketing channels.

You'll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent execution of marketing campaigns to meet diverse requirements while monitoring and optimising their performance.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Experience managing a small digital marketing team in a B2B business.
- Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, eCommerce/automation platforms, social media strategies, and marketing analytics.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams) to determine overall marketing campaign goals.
- Experience developing short and long-term marketing strategies focused on website performance.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Experience in a similar role within the accountancy sector.
- A marketing degree or similar qualification.
