Project Site Manager (Commercial)

Full Time – Permanent

Location: Leicester (and surrounding areas no more than 1 hours distance)

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours   

Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £60,000.00 Per Annum plus Car Allowance and benefits.

Our client is a highly reputable construction-based company established for well over 40 years with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and experiencing organic growth. Our client prides themselves in providing a range Commercial Construction service to their clients and has a brand reputation of second to none. Due to securing NEW several multimillion commercial contracts, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Project Site Manager to manage multimillion pound commercial projects as a Project Site Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Project Site Manager role:

• Manage and supervise a 3 to 4 Commercial Projects as a Project Site Manager  
• Liaise with Architects, subcontractors and contractors as a Project Site Manager
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication on projects
• Ensure equipment and plant machinery is ordered and on site within timescales
• Effectively manage budget and supervise purchases within a timely manner.
• To achieve sign off with client and issue completion certificates as a Project Site Manager
• Regular weekly site visits within 1 hour from Leicestershire as a Project Site Manager
• Provide a great professional customer service to clients within the private and public sectors as a Project Site Manager
• Handling telephone calls and emails, filing, preparing documentation, and providing administrative assistance to Contractors and Sales team
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly, professionally, and courteously
• Preparing technical information, quotations, and sales reports as directed as a Project Site Manager
• Assist finance team and sales team in preparing project-related documents & reports

Project Site Manager requirements:

• All candidates will be subject to ENHANCED DBS check
• Commercial Site Management experience is ESSENTIAL (Residential Site Management experience will not be considered)
• Proven experience in managing multiple multimillion pound commercial projects at any given time as a Project Site Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
