Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to 29K Basic DOE + Bonus scheme and OT paid at time and a half

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for our clients site in Leicester, they are part of a successful company with a great reputation. Ideally we looking for someone who has previous experience as a Parts Advisor with a good working knowledge of parts and the processes associated.

Parts Advisor Role:

• Actively building rapport with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
• Ability to understand the customer's needs and knowledge of available products to ensure all required parts and additional accessories are offered
• Quoting prices and availability of stock merchandise and accessories
• Encouraging sales of parts merchandise and accessories whenever possible
• Assisting other Retailer staff to identify required parts
• Supporting the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives
• Working with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out to schedule
• Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times

Parts Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor preferable
• Previous experience in stock control essential
• Previous customer service experience advantageos
• Must have a full drivers license
