Exempt Accommodation Reviewing Manager

VNA Recruitment are currently searching for an Exempt Accommodation Reviewing Manager for our client based in Enfield. The main duties of this role are:

• Promoting the development and adoption of the client's behavioural competencies and attitudes
• Ensuring the effectlve use of allocated resources
• Enusring all team members are aware of expectations of the services and the individual contributions expected of them
• Ensuring an equitable allocation of work to individual team members
• Developing and implementing relevant team and individual performance expectations
