Candidate Requirements:

The role of Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper will be directly reporting to Partners to assist them in preparing, delivering of monthly and quarterly reports, monitoring the incoming invoices (Sales/Purchase) and ensuring timely payment across multiple clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining the journal entries, invoices and bank reconciliations.

Further Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly reports
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Inputting accounting data via accounting software – Sage 50, Quickbooks etc

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team, be organised along with having a proactive attitude, strong communication skills and keen interest to learn and get stuck in!
