Sales Administrator
£30k + annual bonus

Permanent contract – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
The company:
A leading sustainability and packaging company, operating across the UK.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Administrator to join their Sales Team to act as a point of contact to clients & provide administrative support to the sales team.
This role involves supporting National Account Managers with their day-to-day responsibilities and managing administrative tasks within the department. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling new business inquiries and queries efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key purchasing and operational contacts, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Manage customer portal systems to ensure adherence to price change implementation dates.
- Create and maintain customer escalation contact forms, ensuring customers are well informed of our processes.
- Host weekly stock meetings to maintain a thorough understanding of stock levels and usage.
- Advise customers on sustainability practices and suggest alternatives to enhance their sustainability policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Telesales, client services, customer services, or a customer-facing role, preferably looking to transition into a national account business support role.
- Strong basic Excel skills (creating basic sums, calculating data in columns etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building skills, confident in both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
