Job Title: Mobile Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team, covering various sites across London and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising refurbishment works, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate refurbishment works across multiple sites.
- Supervise projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £2 million (typical project value around £500,000).
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage compliance paperwork and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
- Travel flexibly across London and surrounding areas to manage various projects.
Requirements:
- SMSTS or Triple SSSTS certification is essential.
- Asbestos awareness (training can be provided).
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong commitment to long-term employment.
Essential Criteria:
- Clean criminal record.
- Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency.
- Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check (will be processed).
