We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join an excellent business situated in the local area of Enfield.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy, dispatching orders through the relevant transport company, and providing exceptional after-sales support.

This role is pivotal in developing customer relations to ensure recurring business and requires a proactive approach to various administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Efficiently and accurately process customer orders.
  • Dispatch customer orders using the appropriate transport company.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Foster customer relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Process sales invoices and manage supplier orders for buy-in goods.
  • Book in orders upon delivery and process purchase invoices.
  • Organise empty container collections and customer equipment maintenance.
  • Handle the opening and distribution of post.
  • Maintain stationary stock levels and provide administrative support across all departments.
  • Support the Office Supervisor with customer-facing activities and daily administration tasks.
  • Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy, ensuring safe working practices are followed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 to £28,000.00.
  • Standard working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
