Nursery Assistant

• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children aged 0-5 thrive, assisting in the delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum in a fun and stimulating environment.

• Assist in planning and implementing EYFS-based activities that encourage curiosity and learning.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment where children feel confident and supported.
• Help children develop key social, emotional, and cognitive skills through structured play.
• Work collaboratively with a team of early years professionals to provide excellent care and education.
• Build strong relationships with parents, updating them on their child's progress and well-being.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations are followed at all times.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, proactive, and patient approach to working with young children.
