Nursery Assistant

This role is ideal for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant who wants to support children aged 0-5 years in a structured and nurturing learning environment.

• Position: Nursery Assistant.
• Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Location: Enfield, North London.
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: Immediate.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children's early development, working alongside a dedicated team of early years professionals.

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Encourage children's language, social, and emotional development through structured play.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, fostering independence and confidence in young learners.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children feel valued and encouraged.
• Work closely with staff, parents, and carers to provide the best outcomes for each child.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
• A positive, energetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
