Remuneration: £28,000 - £35,000 + annual bonus

The role of the Integrity Testing Technician - Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
- Integrity Testing Technician position carrying out tests and inspections on commercial flat roofs to sign them off for warranty and insurance purposes
- Ensuring that the roofing systems are to standard and waterproof
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with products or systems during testing
- Photographing and report writing on findings using iPad
- Maintaining test equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly
- Undertaking moisture mapping surveys and taking core samples
The ideal applicant will be an Integrity Testing Technician - Flat Roofing Systems with:
- Must have a sound technical understanding of the roofing industry, ideal for an ex roofer or surveyor etc
- Ideally will have an understanding of building envelope and roofing systems such as; felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes; hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc.
- Full UK driving license
- Highly motivated and driven individual with the ambition to succeed
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
