We are proud to represent our client, one of the largest specialist home adaption companies in the UK. Our client is currently seeking a Contract Manager to join their team, working on a range of projects across the South East. This role comes with a competitive salary package of £52,000 to £55,000, a company vehicle, and additional benefits, including life insurance.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation of wet rooms, kitchens & adaptions. The ideal candidate will have experience of full P&L responsibility & financial management of projects & additional service/maintenance contracts, basic CAD knowledge to be able to produce basic drawings based on initial survey & specifications.
Contract Manager Job Requirements- 3+ years as a Contract/Project Manager, ideally from an M&E background
- Full P&L responsibility
- Live within a commutable distance of Enfield
- Responsible for the overall pricing and delivery of tenders through Schedule of Rates (SORs)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic Salary £52,000-£55,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Full Time, 8:00am-5pm
