Responsibilities:??? Support frontline staff and operations via phone and email.?? Monitor alarms and manage incident escalations.?? Write reports, track staff movements, and ensure shift coverage.?? Handle CCTV monitoring and updates.?? Log activities and maintain databases efficiently.

What We're Looking For:�? Experience in customer service, control rooms, or call centres.?? Calm under pressure and quick-thinking.?? Strong written and verbal communication skills.?? IT-savvy with good report writing and email skills.�? Ability to work regular night shifts and live within 1-hour of Enfield.?? CCTV licence is a big plus!

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time commitment, working 36-48 hours per week.
  • 4 on, 4 off shifts, rotating between 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am.
  • Flexibility is a must, including weekends!
