Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Shift Lead for our Enfield Data Centre. You will be responsible for managing data center operations during your shift, leading a team, maintaining uptime, and ensuring the highest standards of security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data center technicians and engineers on shift.
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of power, cooling, and network systems.
  • Respond swiftly to operational issues, minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Enforce security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, providing a high level of service.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment, incidents, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication and handovers between shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in data center operations.
  • HV AP
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing technical teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of data center industry standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
