Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (KS2 Support) – Enfield

Calling all graduates! Are you looking to gain experience in primary education and make a real impact on young learners? Milk Education is seeking high-calibre graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Enfield. This role will see you supporting KS2 students in the lead-up to their SATs, helping to boost their confidence and learning outcomes.

Graduate Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
  • Provide intervention support in Maths and English for KS2 pupils.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

  • Work with small groups and one-to-one to help children reach their potential.

  • Support teachers in classroom management and lesson preparation.

  • Encourage pupils’ personal development, confidence, and academic success.
