Calling all graduates! Are you looking to gain experience in primary education and make a real impact on young learners? Milk Education is seeking high-calibre graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Enfield. This role will see you supporting KS2 students in the lead-up to their SATs, helping to boost their confidence and learning outcomes.
Graduate Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:-
Provide intervention support in Maths and English for KS2 pupils.

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

Work with small groups and one-to-one to help children reach their potential.

Support teachers in classroom management and lesson preparation.

Encourage pupils’ personal development, confidence, and academic success.

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or related fields preferred).

A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference.

Strong communication and adaptability skills.

Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a plus.

Ambition to pursue a career in education or child development.
