The Role:
  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning, emotional well-being, and social development, particularly those with SEN, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
  • Work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other special educational needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons that support individual learning needs.
  • Help implement behaviour management strategies and promote positive classroom engagement.
  • Support speech & language interventions, social skills development, and sensory activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field.
  • Someone with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and additional needs.
  • A proactive and patient approach to working in a busy school environment.
